Keri Gossard
CDA, EFDA, Director of FIDA
I have worked in dentistry for over twenty years. I started out as a dental assistant, became an EFDA (placing fillings), worked as a dental consultant with offices around the United States, and then started First Impressions in 2013. It has been a true pleasure to share my passion of dentistry with the students of First Impressions. Dentistry has been really good to me and I love to provide our students with the opportunity to thrive in the dental field as well. Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time with my husband and three daughters, I love reading, and I am always up for a good adventure.

Amanda Straight
CODA, FIDA Administrator
I have worked in specialty and general dentistry for over ten years. I have a passion for education and a thirst for knowledge. I continually modify and update the curriculum at First Impressions to ensure that our students are getting a cutting edge education. What I love most about my job are the opportunities that dental assisting has provided for me. A flexible work schedule that allows me to spend more time with my husband Mike and two kids, and a rewarding career that allows me to help others. I enjoy instructing our CPR and continuing education courses to better serve the dental community as a whole. When I am not busy assisting students in the enrollment process or supporting our team of instructors, I can be found outdoors with my family working on our new home, a fixer upper in the country.

Testimonials & Reviews
Kenzie - First Impressions Graduate
I didn’t know what I was doing with my life and I was nervous about my future before I found the program. I got into college, but I hated it.
I’m a very hands on learner. In college it was a lot of books and lectures and it was just horrible. I dreaded those classes everyday. So I dropped out and my family and friends were devastated.
Savannah - First Impressions Graduate
After I graduated from high school, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I was the kid that came home from school, “Here’s my test, I got a C.” I was awful at science.
Before the program I was living at my parents. I didn’t have much faith in myself. College didn’t work out for me, but I knew I couldn’t stay living at my parents forever and I hated my retail job.
Haley - First Impressions Graduate
Everyone has trials in life, why not skip a couple. This program can change you in so many ways - by starting off the right way from the beginning. If I can do it, so can you.
I always wanted a family, to be married and successful. I had my son at 18 years old; I walked across the stage at graduation pregnant.
I thought I was stuck. I tried college, but I hated it. I was miserable and dropped out.

A lot of my friends that stayed in college have insane debt. This program is so affordable you can start your career debt free. I started my career in less than 3 months, I went from living in a small town with my parents to moving into my own place in the city and loving my job and living my dream.
